Become Fit by Herbal Remedies

If you're obese, it's important to try to lose as much of that extra weight as you can. It might have dangerous and painful side effects on your body like pain, heart attack and constant fatigue. There's no shortage of weight loss programs available. One natural approach involves herbs like aloe vera, astragalus and butcher's broom. It's believed that they'll help you lose weight.

First, you should collect the herbs you need such as:Aloe vera juice, Astragalus, Kola nut or guarana, Butcher's broom, Fenugreek

Then we should follow these steps.

Step 1: Drink aloe vera juice. Aloe is most often used as a topical product for wound healing, oral forms of aloe are added to herbal weight-loss products. Oral aloe produces a strong cathartic response (producing bowel movements), and many aloe weight-loss products are marketed as "internal cleansers." However, aloe or aloe-containing products should not be ingested orally. Use of this agent orally has lead to side effects such as abdominal cramping, diarrhea, electrolyte disturbances, and decreases in potassium. In addition, due to the side effects, significant drug interactions can occur with some medications, including digoxin (Lanoxin). The use of aloe internally has not been shown to be effective for permanent weight loss. Studies have shown that aloe vera juice improves digestion. It allows food to break up more effectively and thus pass through your body quicker.

Step2: Use a natural appetite suppressant, such as kola nut or guarana, if you find yourself constantly snacking throughout the day.

Step3: Improve your metabolism of fat by taking a supplement of butcher's broom. This herb, which also improves digestion, works best when taken with a vitamin C supplement.

Step4: Dissolve fat within your liver by taking fenugreek seeds. Fenugreek is also a bulk laxative and provides natural lubrication for the intestines.

Step5: Get more energy for exercising by taking astragalus. This handy herb will also increase nutrient absorption within your body.

However, herbal preparations will not provide permanent weight loss. Herbal weight loss preparations contain multiple ingredients, some of which have serious side effects and can lead to dangerous toxicities. Most herbal preparations are sold by people who have limited clinical knowledge and are therefore unable to alert the public to the potential hazards and/or how these herbs may affect you or the medicines you are taking. Many herbal manufacturers also make "false claims" regarding the effectiveness of these preparations. The use of herbal remedies to lose weight is discouraged due to the high risk of toxicities and lack of clinical effectiveness. Here are some tips and warnings about herbal remedies:

1: Inexpensive herbal remedies are available at most health food stores. Or, you can find a wide selection of reasonably-priced supplements online.

2: Keep in mind that herbal remedies are not intended to replace the care of a doctor in life-threatening situations. If you experience serious symptoms, like heart palpitations, unexplained bleeding, severe diarrhea, or dehydration, contact your doctor immediately or report to the nearest hospital.

3: Be prepared to deal with the side effects of using herbal remedies, which may include slight stomach upset and mild nausea. These side effects should only last 1 or 2 days. So, if you experience any of these beyond this time limit, stop taking your herbal supplements and call your doctor.
